To open our national glass museum, we must have support from corporations and
foundations, but the individual donor is vital to our success. We encourage you to
think about how you might contribute or pledge a gift of money, glass or other
artifacts, or your valuable time.

We hope you will tell everyone you know about the Museum of Glass Made in
America, Inc. and direct them to this website <www.mogmia.com>. Volunteer to give
programs about the museum to your clubs and groups. We will be happy to provide
you with a packet of information that includes a DVD presentation, a script to help you
cover salient points, and brochures attendees may take with them. Or volunteer to
host a fundraising event or help with one.

If you prefer to invest in the museum project with a contribution or gift of glass, please
print out this page, fill it out and mail it with your donation or pledge to
